At puffpaw.shop, we strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 6–9 business days.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Expedited or Express service available with a surcharge
- We are working to expand our delivery options soon.
2. Order Processing
- Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they become available.
- Delivery times may vary depending on shipping method and destination.
3. Shipping Destinations
- Current shipping methods apply only to the United States.
- International orders and shipments to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) require a custom quote — please email support@puffpaw.shop.
4. Tracking Your Package
- You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email after purchase.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Track your package via the carrier’s official website.
5. Pre-orders & Backorders
- Pre-orders: Shipped once the product becomes available; not eligible for cancellation or refund unless the item becomes unavailable.
- Backorders: Charged at purchase; shipped once available.
- Orders containing in-stock and pre-order/backorder items may be shipped separately.
6. Shipping & Service Delays
- Weather events, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.
- We will provide updates when possible.
7. Order Cancellation
- To modify or cancel, contact support@puffpaw.shop immediately.
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
- If you miss the cancellation window, you may return the item for a refund (see Return & Refund Policy).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable after dispatch.
- Pre-order/backorder-only orders may be canceled up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason and will issue a full refund if this occurs.
